DESCRIPTION
The Thermarestor System offers a significant step forward in the protection of electrical accessories from the effects of overheating. The accessory range incorporates an intelligent Thermarestor device strategically located to sense abnormal rise of temperature. When the temperature of the integral component exceeds 80°C the device automatically operates the appropriate RCD or RCBO feeding the circuit, making the installation safe. All T2XXX accessories must be used in conjunction with and RCD or RCBO and once operated the circuit cannot be re-energized until the fault has been identified.
